The Willerby Brookwood static caravan has lots of style, a spacious layout, modern appliances, and convenient location, this caravan has everything you require from a holiday home by the beach.

The caravan will have a large composite decking with plenty of space to relax in the sun and enjoy magnificent sea views. Inside, you'll find a wraparound sofa with a pull-out bed, a twin bedroom, and a master bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with integrated appliances.

The Brookwood is also equipped with double glazing and central heating, making it a comfortable place to stay during colder months.

It is located on plot 18, with a large composite decking and parking for 1 car.

15 year licence, until October 2038.

Can you live in the holiday home permanently? No, we’re a holiday park only.

Do you need insurance for your holiday home? You are required to insure your holiday home as per the conditions on the Site Agreement.

Do I own the land? No, you are buying the holiday home with the right to occupy the pitch. This is providing the annual pitch fees are paid and you abide by the park rules.

What happens when the holiday home comes to the end of its life? We will have a conversation regarding options when your holiday home reaches 15 years old.

What is the process of selling of my holiday home? The site agreement details the procedure of selling your holiday home.

Are close friends and family allowed to stay in my holiday home? They are, as long as it isn’t let out for money and you let us know in advance. Any friends and family will be required to abide by park rules too.

Are you pet friendly? Yes, are as long as they are on a lead around the park and are respectful to others.

Can you sub-let your holiday home? No, we do not allow sub-letting.

Do you offer finance when purchasing a holiday home? No, we do not offer finance packages at present.
